sixth trial

[With the last piece of evidence collected, Heisenberg's voice abruptly comes from everywhere and nowhere once again.]

You know the drill. Get up here.

[The long trek up the stairs is different this time and not just because the number of people has been slashed into the single digits in one horrifying night. There are no more locked doors save for the court room.

Finally they reach the courtroom door. The door swings open to reveal a small set of steps, leading up to an imposing round chamber with a tapered roof. Twenty podiums stand in a circle in the center, lit brightly from below. Each podium is made of dark metal with a colored crystal matching the individual dorms enclosed on a thick glass dome on top of it. As always, greyed out portraits of the deceased have been added- Loki, Somnus, Bryn and Hubert. The whole room feels even more massive, echoing and empty.

Heisenberg stands up on his scaffold, as usual, leaning against the railing with his arms folded and looking down at the handful of apprentices left.]

Let's see if you picked up anything from what Hubert taught you.

You will have to vote the correct killer for each victim, whether that killer is alive or not, so don't half-ass it.

Yes. Either because of our hypothetical other party, or because she lost control.

Considering their relative physical strength, I doubt Hubert could have taken the roses from her without her participation. Whatever happened afterwards, I assume she was originally there willingly. So... would this have been before, or after, she presumably killed Somnus?

Before. Somnus was up on a higher floor, and I doubt she would've strolled in looking all bloody with Vestra readily not commenting on it.

Do you mean... Actually, I'm not sure what you mean. If it were after she killed Somnus-san, she'd still have been on the rampage, right? Bryn-san got really scary when she was angry, and she wouldn't listen until someone stopped her.

I'm trying to consider the order of events. Did Brynhilde fight and kill Somnus for some reason, and the result of that battle sent her to Hubert for assistance? Or did Somnus interrupt Hubert and Brynhilde, and that started the initial battle? It might not be relevant to the fourth person, but...

I think Felix-san is right. She must've gone to Hubert-san before, and then somehow things got out of control.

In that case, before. So considering the order, in this scenario... Brynhilde would have lost control and injured Hubert before her fight with King Somnus? Perhaps he heard the fight and intervened. If her fight began there, would that match the blood evidence?
