[Yesterday was, to say the least, an eventful time. 21 people waking up in an alarming kidnapping situation, tempers got heated, salt was thrown, the usual flavor of shenanigans.

Your Alchemist made his appearance, got into several arguments, scruffed a teen and nailed a god. All in all, a productive time! It doesn’t seem like he’ll be making any more public appearances this week but he did say to give him a call.

If you don't want to converse with the Alchemist, there's a whole tower to explore! Check out all the dusty nooks and crannies, read some smutty literature, try to build a death ray, take a cozy bath- the Montessori method of learning. Curiously, starting on Monday there are mysterious leaflet catalogs scattered in several rooms of the tower. There’s no shop name on it, but there are pictures of a variety of fun and fanciful items, just a preview of the many rare and/or exotic goods you could get from one of the shop's Grand Opening Sale blind boxes. There is also a large wooden chest that has appeared in the Entrance Hall right next to the grand entrance doors, despite the fact that they remain locked. A locked mailbox hangs on the wall above the box, along with several envelopes. The mailbox says "CATALOG ORDERS", and there is a handwritten note that adds: "Write your name on the envelope as well as your order. INCLUDE PAYMENT, or it's no deal. <3"

In related news, many of you will also be receiving mysterious gold coins on top of your trunk – maybe this is the payment referenced?

[OH HE'S STILL IN THERE AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED though there's no dying sounds anymore so that's something. Instead, there's the sound of running water]

[ Originally Felix assumed that maybe the man was having gastrointestinal issues, so you know, giving a wide berth and time for that to clear up.

But when he hears the sound of running water and checks the doors are locked, he feels a bit of rising concern. ]

Hey...you didn't die in there, did you?

[ What if he was really dying and he just left him? No, that can't be it! He's just washing his hands, right? ]

[Wu, who was washing his face, starts a bit, reaching out to turn off the water and reaching for a hand towel to dry off his face]

No, I'm not dead! No thanks to anyone but myself. [he sounds annoyed.]

[ He'll just wait patiently, crossing his arms. ]

Hmph. So, you got yourself into that state, then? I assume it was eating the wrong thing, wasn't it?

[his annoyance increases at that, huffing] I don't know what it was that I could've eaten wrong! It's just been scrambled eggs and fruit and sliced meat and those snacks from the storage closet.

Well, if you're serving yourself something like that and there was nothing obviously wrong with either of those things, then it could just be the snacks.

[ Or maybe the meat. But if snacks are in storage, they could've been hanging around for who knows how long. Honestly, he has no clue. ]

Oh, I wasn't serving myself that. The staff was. But he was rather skilled, so I don't think it was that. [he's going to just use some of that cheap moisturizer from storage on his hands] It must've been the snacks.

[ There's a moment of silence. ]

Just...hurry it up in there since you seem to be feeling better. I've been waiting practically forever.

[ugh] Alright, alright, hold your ostrich horses. [FIIIIIINE he'll come and unlock the door, then, before moving to retrieve the towel he used to dry his hands]

Never seen or heard of an "ostrich". But, about time.

[ He'll wait for the other to move out before even thinking of stepping in. ]

...If I were you, I'd make sure to get something to drink after all that nonsense.

[ Like water. ]

Not an ostrich. An ostrich horse. [duh]

They're an ostrich horse. Obviously. [two can play that game] You ride around on them to get places if you're not going by airship or satomobile.

Well obviously those don't exist back where I'm from.

A satomobile is a vehicle powered by steam and an airship is a big floating baloon powered by hot air.
