Week 2 Monday Night Pajama Party!!

[HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE PAJAMA PARTY! They’ve really gone all out here, because the tables have all been pushed up to the wall (thank you, Finn) to make room on the floor for pillows and blankets and some cushions, too. There’s also streamers and other decorations hung up for a party-type atmosphere, as well as nice quality baijuand plum wine chilled and set out along with glasses for consumption. Next to that, there’s a variety of hors d’oeuvres to be noshed on, along with whatever anyone else has brought. There’s several balls of light floating around, courtesy of Stella, to give the place a nice, cozy glow.

Feel free to make yourself comfortable, grab some hors d’oeuvres and something to drink, and settle in for some sleepover activities or just sitting around and mingling. If you’ve brought something for the party, you can add it to the list here, or if there’s a game or an activity you’d like to host, feel free to add it on to this top level and it’ll get added to the navigation! I was honest with him about his competence and he took it poorly.

Honestly. Perhaps if I had to be a knight for a monarch like him I would have realized what a thankless joke the whole thing was earlier...

I'd no idea you were a knight before.

...I still don't see the allure to it to this very day, regardless. I've never been one for abiding by that chivalric, heroic nonsense.

I trained for it from a young age on my mother's wishes. I thought it would actually mean something, eventually, though it certainly did not pan out.

I had suspected for some time, but I really accepted it in my twenties. I suppose I was in it for someone else, but he was not worth it either.

...Granted, I did save his hide more than once, which I regret immensely.

Of course not. The second he got ahead in life, he practically forgot that I existed. I suppose it is natural given that he always got preferential treatment anyway.
