week 6
[On Sunday morning, there is a small gift waiting for the early risers in the tower: a dull lead key (don't lick it), dangling from a length of twine tied to the wooden beam across the ceiling at the cross section of the four dorms. Upon further inspection it has a particular symbol on the back half and a note that reads "Good job. Here's your reward". The note is signed Lord H. The key goes to sixth floor, where there is the same symbol etched above the keyhole on the lock.
The new floor is even more grand than the previous ballroom, a full theatre for their enjoyment. But it doesn't take away the burning sting of certain people who would have loved to see it.]

What the hell happened here?! Damnit, that idiotic snake...!
[ Felix will immediately hurry to check that there is no crystal shrapnel in him, and if there isn't he is going to quickly launch into using Recover to at least begin cover up those grievous wounds. ]
cw: eye gore, piercing trauma, compound fracture
Bad news: shit's fucked, man. There are tiny slivers of broken crystal embedded in most of his body. His plague doctor mask protected his face from sustaining a lot of damage, but there is a large piece of crystal that pierced into his left eye, through the lens of the mask.
Also his left arm is particularly littered with shrapnel, as if he'd brought it up to guard against the blast, which did him little good when the percussive force knocked him back down the stairs. In addition to the shrapnel, one of the bones of his forearm has pierced through the skin, and his arm is bent unnaturally below the elbow, likely from the weight of his body crushing it against the unforgiving stone stairs.]

Anyone else who can heal, I'll need them over here right now as support. I don't care how good or bad at it you are. Vestra is in rather rough shape, and that's putting it pretty damn lightly.
[ He'll move to hurriedly remove what he can of the broken crystal to start with as quickly as he can, starting with the smaller pieces, before moving to take care of his left arm. You know, shifting it into position so that when healing spells happen the bone can eventually recede back into skin.
As for the eye, he's going to be careful with that, and prepare to time healing spell(s) at time of that removal. But once he's in a prime position for that? He'll be casting Recover for real. ]

[Bandages from the random boxes materialize next to Felix as Loki kneels at Hubert's head, feeling around for any spinal injuries.]
I have a spell that will stop the bleeding, but it doesn't hold for long.

[ Felix is going to hurriedly also move any nearby debris away from Hubert so when they're able to start moving him that there's nothing in the way, so to speak. But then he'll go back to removing whatever fragments are left. ]
The problem with moving him before starting the healing spells is that he might have some internal injuries. Considering the nature of this place, you should start casting the spell. How much time would we have before he'd start bleeding again?

[Loki also begins helping to remove debris, using levitation where he can to minimize the damage to the surrounding tissue.]
Okay, I'm ready to cast. As soon as I do, remove the shard from his eye and put as much healing into him as you can.
no subject
[ It's definitely better than nothing. But regardless, Felix is going to nod at Loki's instructions. ]
Let's get this over with then.
[ Whenever Loki begins casting that spell, Felix will definitely be readily using that Recover spell after removing the fragment! ]

cw: eye gore
Hubert, still unconscious, makes a miserably pitiful sound, his brow furrowing and eyelids fluttering as a slightly viscous clear fluid leaks out like tears from the corner of his wounded eye.]

[Mei is already healing, and even if she can't do much, she looks to be putting a lot into it. She starts addressing the air, or at least someone who might not be any of you.]
Help, can any of you help, I know you can see us now, I know you can hear us, can anyone...

[He's really not trying to shout, but it looks like he's concentrating on some strange runes floating in the air above Hubert's body.]

[She shifts to the eye, albeit trying not to look at it (or much of this gross situation, really), and pumps as much energy as she can in.]

And then it vanishes.]

[She'll have to figure out a proper thanks later.]

The crystal shards are mostly littering the front of his body, so luckily he doesn't need to be moved to remove the worst of them.
As he adjusts the arm, he can kind of tug on it so that the bone starts to go back under the skin, or he can try to perform a closed reduction, where he fully tries to pull it back into place.]
no subject
Alright, so tugging will happen to make the bone go under because he is in a bit of a rush, and he will rely on magical healing to do the rest of the job.
So, the one fragment in the eye is just left. But, Felix will remove that when Loki casts his spell to stop bleeding, and will in turn cast Recover healing spells, alongside support from Mei, Bruno, Baldr, and anyone else who'll be able to pitch in. ]

I may not have much experience in healing yet, but tell me what you need me to do and I'll try.
