[On Sunday morning, there is a small gift waiting for the early risers in the tower: a dull lead key (don't lick it), dangling from a length of twine tied to the wooden beam across the ceiling at the cross section of the four dorms. Upon further inspection it has a particular symbol on the back half and a note that reads "Good job. Here's your reward". The note is signed Lord H. The key goes to sixth floor, where there is the same symbol etched above the keyhole on the lock.

The new floor is even more grand than the previous ballroom, a full theatre for their enjoyment. But it doesn't take away the burning sting of certain people who would have loved to see it.]

[When Mei sees the key, she puzzles over the note and then looks around.]

Um... I forget what this one is. Does anybody remember?

[She wanders into the dance studio and curiously puts on the record, so you can find her not dancing at all, just kind of staring as the unfitting music plays. Or, later on, Mei will be down in the potions room looking at all the ingredients but not atually trying to mix anything. Probably because she looks utterly helpless in here.

At least there's a laundry now, so Mei will eventually get into Olive's old Lady Macbeth costume, the only thing that's clean, and drag all her other clothes up to the workshop to wash them. She grumbles at the washboard while the Long Familiar, coiled around a coat hanger to keep her company, babbles on.]

La la la... la la la... Play with me!

Not yet, Mari-chan! I'm trying to get this clean -- wah!

[The bubbles are starting to pour out of the washtub and take over the floor.]

[ Well, Felix is going to be peering his head into the room, and spotting her looking at things. ]

Oh, Felix-san! I was just thinking that I've never tried to study in here. It might be useful if we had more people who know how to make useful potions and things...

[The hallucinations may be gone, but Bruno seems just as tired and shifty as he did last week. He slinks into the kitchen come morning to brew up some coffee, but you can find him standing to drink it in a dark corner of the dining room. He's chosen a spot near the door, where you can't immediately see him as you enter and he could slip out behind you if he wanted. You know, like a creep?

He goes upstairs to check out the new floor after that. Walking into the theatre, he almost immediately stops short, bringing a hand to his mouth to muffle a sudden sob.]

Olive...Olive wanted a theatre.

[Towards the evening, he goes to the kitchen. This time, he sticks around - he's cooking the same soup he made several weeks back, but with additional ingredients. He startles a little whenever anyone enters, but relaxes again as long as you aren't Loki.]

I...asked Garfield for some ingredients a few days ago. The stuff we have back home. I don't even know why, I can't make anything like Julieta does...

This is weird. I always used to be the...kitchen helper. Cutting stuff up. It doesn't matter if I do that as long as Julieta does the cooking, her gift still works.

[Mei runs over to him as soon as she hears him crying.]

[He waves her off, rubbing at his face with his sleeve and walking over to sit on the lip of the stage.]

It's just...Olive and I were talking last week, she thought...she thought a theatre would be nice. Said we could all have a party and do theatre games.

He has a certain jaguar plush with him. Maybe because he thought it was too cute not to leave behind? Absolutely. He also hasn't exactly expected to encounter anyone in here, maybe, but before he can think to hide the plush out of feeling silly or something, he hears those words.

So, he forgets that for a moment to address what Bruno said...maybe because he sounds so upset. ]

Mmm-hm. She thought we could all play theatre games. Don't ask me what those are, we never - well, we never did.

[Bruno gets a hold of himself a little, rubbing at his eyes and sighing.]

Ay, of course it's here now. [He turns, and goes pale.] Where did you get that?

[Nuadha's gauging Bruno's reaction just a little to see if it's actually okay to approach, after the motive last week.]

[Anyone in the Illusion dorm may have noticed that Olive's wasn't the only bed that went unused last night. Loki is absolutely no where in the tower until early evening when anyone visiting the library will find him tucked into a quiet corner with a book smelling distinctly of cigar smoke.

Very late at night he'll sneak down to the kitchen to grab something to eat. He doesn't seem like his usual, playful self. Can't imagine why that might be.]

[Maybe she's on a fruitless ghost hunt, maybe she just has the midnight munchies. Either way, Mei's rummaging in the pantry when she hears Loki and yelps, spinning around and almost hitting her head on the door.]

[ Well, it isn't as if Felix doesn't come by the library often enough himself. When he steps in for a visit later during the day, he catches sight of Loki easily, and unfortunately the scent of that book. ]

[Ghost or not, he did apparently have to eat sometime. Somnus leaned back against the kitchen counter, silently waiting for a kettle to boil because gods forbid he eat anyone else’s cooking. He was probably top of the list of ‘acceptable murder targets’ by now.]

[At some point during this, Bruno enters the library in an attempt to find a distraction, clocks All of This, mumbles something that might be an apology, and turns to flee the room immediately! Mmmmmbye!]

Heeeeey, Loki~! Long time no see. [Loki definitely didn't hear Garfield creep into the kitchen, which in itself isn't weird, but the fact he's just...sitting on the counter, lightly kicking his shorts legs in the air, late at night instead of doing whatever he does in his little shop at night.]

[ So, she survived. She assumed she would, but his parting words gave her a brief moment of doubt. She tries to shake it away. Patchouli comes to the ballroom at noon as discussed, her hair tied up in a high ponytail and her capelet discarded, one grimoire in her arm and the other floating next to her. ]

[Karl has shed his long, black Alchemist's coat and rolled the sleeves of his white undershirt up to his elbows. Under his hat, his iron grey hair is pulled back in a low ponytail, and he takes off his sunglasses, setting them on top of his coat so they don't get broken.

He's brought with him a hammer that looks like it weighs about two hundred pounds, as well as a large canvas sack containing about ten pieces of scrap metal of varying sizes.]

Since this isn't lethal, we'll go by points. You get a point if the opponent can't move or make an attack. First to two wins, that way everybody stays conscious and walks out on their own two feet.

[He walks toward the center of the ballroom, and holds out a gloved hand to shake on it.]
