[One week down and (if the Alchemist's promise is to be believed) just three more to go. In the past week royalty has been bullied, explicitly non-Satanic chairs were ordered and you began the pact-bonding process with your new proprietor of mercantile wares, ✨Garfield the Deals Warlock✨.

All in all, a surprisingly good week despite the kidnapping and looming threat of death. We'll see how long that lasts.

I don't think my current living situation is...gonna last much longer. Which could be good, or it could be very, very bad.

So you have a decision to make too, I guess... Maybe it'll work out. I mean, maybe all it takes is working up the nerve to reach out to people. I never used to be able to, and now I think maybe I can.

It is. But if I can do it, then maybe things will work for you, too. I mean... I don't know if I'll succeed when I get back home -- if I go there -- but at least being able to try is different enough, right?

...yeah, maybe. Guess I'm gonna have to try either way. My niece, Mirabel - I don't think she'd actually drag me out, but she's probably right.

The kind of person everybody calls a weirdo is someone who does need someone to help them! If they pretend everything's fine and keep others away, that might feel easier, but it's nothing compared to being shown love, no matter who it's from!
