[One week down and (if the Alchemist's promise is to be believed) just three more to go. In the past week royalty has been bullied, explicitly non-Satanic chairs were ordered and you began the pact-bonding process with your new proprietor of mercantile wares, ✨Garfield the Deals Warlock✨.

All in all, a surprisingly good week despite the kidnapping and looming threat of death. We'll see how long that lasts.

Sorry! I didn't really know how else to bring it up. [She picks at a loose string on her kimono sleeve.] The truth is, I know I dress like I'm from a long time ago, but I'm actually from around the kind of time Olive-san or Stella-san would know. Somebody sent me to the past, just like the Alchemist took us all and brought us here.

...ah. Honestly, I would not have assumed anything particularly strange about your attire, temporally. You simply look as though you are from Hotto or the like. Do you know how that happened, or is that a mystery you are attempting to unravel?

It wasn't the Alchemist, I know that. It was somebody else, a magician who appeared one day. He said he could send me back after a month, if I still wanted to return to the future.

So it was more of a surprise vacation to the past than a kidnapping, then? That sounds considerably more pleasant than whatever this is.

Mostly. I was upset at first, but it was nice in the past. I mean, it did still get dangerous sometimes, but I think that's everywhere. And whether or not I go back, I think it all ended up better. I don't know if I can say the same about this place.

It still seems rather ungentlemanly to drag someone somewhere without their prior approval, but I am glad you had a good experience with that, at least. I do doubt that this place will be as pleasant, though...

...Do be careful of him if you are returned to the time period you were in before you arrived here instead of your original time period. Without knowing his motives, that seems deeply suspect.
