[One week down and (if the Alchemist's promise is to be believed) just three more to go. In the past week royalty has been bullied, explicitly non-Satanic chairs were ordered and you began the pact-bonding process with your new proprietor of mercantile wares, ✨Garfield the Deals Warlock✨.

All in all, a surprisingly good week despite the kidnapping and looming threat of death. We'll see how long that lasts.

Oh, you have Halloween too! It's kind of a recent import where I'm from -- I mean, in the modern world, not. [Gestures to her old-timey clothes.] Um. Right. I didn't realize other worlds would have it, but I guess it is all about candy!

Candy and costumes, yes. I believe the Cookie Kingdom throws balls and the like. [he flaps his hand dismissively] Ignorance is truly bliss for those fools.

Yes. There any many kingdoms in Earthbread. Hollyberry, Vanilla, Dark Cacao... The Cookie Kingdom was only recently established, but that plucky band of fools have accumulated quite the population. Outside of the kingdoms, there are many villages.

I guess there have been really young kings and emperors in history, but they usually have somebody older running things for them, right?
