[One week down and (if the Alchemist's promise is to be believed) just three more to go. In the past week royalty has been bullied, explicitly non-Satanic chairs were ordered and you began the pact-bonding process with your new proprietor of mercantile wares, ✨Garfield the Deals Warlock✨.

All in all, a surprisingly good week despite the kidnapping and looming threat of death. We'll see how long that lasts.

[Uf, sounds heavy. Katsuya thinks it for a moment and decides to say:]

True enough, I suppose things would have happened anyway -- but perhaps it wouldn't have been better for her to be unaware. Perhaps by knowing it, she's likelier to succeed.

She was trying to do it anyway. I mean, of course she was, I'd already seen it. But that vision - it put a lot of pressure on her. I never wanted people to look at her that way.

It happened when she was just five. Imagine if she'd had to grow up with that hanging over her head?

[Katsuya winces with sympathy, uf. Someone growing with that hanging over their head is not great, that's for sure. Still...hmmmm...]

Do many know about this vision? Have they known for long?

Mirabel went and found it - the whole family ended up seeing it a few hours before I ended up here. It went pretty badly. I couldn't tell everything that happened, but Pepa was storming and everyone was yelling...I don't know how it's gonna be when Mirabel goes back.
